Job summary

New Era Technology seeks a Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, focusing on hard-to-fill engineer and architect positions. You’ll partner with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies and guide candidates from first touch to offer.

You’ll source via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche communities; screen resumes; coordinate interviews; extend offers with onboarding; and maintain accurate ATS records while delivering an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for senior engineering/architecture roles preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and niche communities.
• Solid understanding of network engineering, infrastructure, and security terminology.

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for our technical hiring needs, with a particular focus on hard-to-fill roles at the engineer and architect level. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies, guide candidates through the interview process, and deliver a great candidate experience from first touch to offer.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake through offer, in close partnership with hiring managers
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and niche technical communities
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical fit and experience
• Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, define interview panels, and set evaluation criteria
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and keep the process moving
• Extend verbal offers to selected candidates, then partner with our Onboarding Specialist for the offer letter and paperwork
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical talent, especially senior network, infrastructure, and security engineers/architects
• Deliver a positive, professional experience for every candidate

What You Bring

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a technology, IT services, or managed services environment
• Proven experience recruiting for senior or specialized engineering/architecture roles strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, niche communities)
• Solid understanding of network engineering, infrastructure, and security terminology, enough to credibly assess senior candidates
• Excellent relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike
• Sound judgment handling confidential candidate and compensation data
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• Proficiency with an ATS and standard recruiting/sourcing tools, we use Greenhouse
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and hiring compliance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and video-conferencing tools
• Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work without sponsorship
• Reliable home internet and a dedicated, distraction-free remote workspace

Below is the pay range of this position for considered candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Range

$80,000 - $90,000 USD
