Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ATS candidate tracking system experience.
• Previous success in a 100% remote position.
• Previous Lockheed Martin experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for the Engineering and Technology organization.
• Partner with hiring leaders, HRBPs, and teams to develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Negotiate offers and communicate career paths, benefits, and culture to candidates.
