Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of DOD technical recruiting experience.
• 3-5 years of ATS candidate tracking system experience.
• Previous success in a 100% remote position.
• Previous Lockheed Martin experience is a plus.

Job description

Performs full life cycle recruiting, delivering top-tier talent to the Engineering and Technology (E&T) organization for Lockheed Martin's Aeronautics' Company. Drives brand awareness and the candidate value proposition for Aeronautics' Company to reinforce Lockheed Martin as the employer of choice. Manages sourcing and recruiting while delivering available, qualified candidates to leader queues for consideration. Partners with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and teams to develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies. Provides guidance to hiring teams through candidate evaluation, selection, and offer decisions. Negotiates competitive offers and highlighting Lockheed Martin's career paths, benefits, and culture. Ensures compliance with hiring policies and processes through our applicant tracking system. Utilizes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software tools/ solutions as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required skills:
