Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering & Technology, including cleared positions, within the MFC business area. You will partner with HR and clients to implement hiring strategies and deliver a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, agile teamwork, and strong collaboration with TA managers, HR partners, and recruiters to stay aligned with business needs and growth objectives. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of corporate or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with CRM/ATS systems (e.g., SAP, Eightfold).
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting and optimizing workflows.
• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency; using tools for insights.
• OFCCP compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for Engineering & Technology, cleared positions, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Lead the development, implementation, and execution of hiring strategies for client groups across MFC.
• Strategize with TA Managers, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, acting as a Talent Advisor on talent needs and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with management to understand job requirements and needs.
• Develop networks and pipelines using creative techniques, social media, databases, and other channels.
• Source and recruit top-tier talent to meet hiring goals and future growth demands.
• Conduct prescreens and refer applicants to openings with compliance adherence.
• Partner with HR on compensation, onboarding, and other hiring processes.
• Engage in data-driven decision-making and agile team collaboration.
• Plan and deliver trainings and presentations to the business.
• Some local and domestic travel may be required to attend job fairs and events.
