Job summary

GMV is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead OEM and transit technology deployment projects from planning through implementation. You will coordinate between customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include developing plans, budgets, and risk strategies; managing scope and timelines; and guiding cross-functional teams through engineering readiness, procurement, provisioning, testing, and closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in technical, engineering, OEM, manufacturing, or technology environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business communications.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• PMP certification and OEM industry experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading technical projects throughout the full OEM implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinating with bus manufacturers engineering team on technical requirements.
• Developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Managing project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Acting as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact project performance.
• Providing regular project status updates, reports, and documentation.
• Supporting product implementation, testing, validation, and customer acceptance activities.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
