Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in technical operations or project management.
• Experience managing vendors and developing technical scopes of work to translate operational needs into technical requirements or implementation plans.
• Working knowledge of agile technology software development practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, time management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and implement technology solutions across MBTA teams and operations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with scope, goals, budget, and timeline.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones; document progress and lessons learned.
• Identify and mitigate risks; escalate blockers to maintain momentum.
• Guide cross-functional teams to align roadmaps and deliverables.
• Review project documentation for feasibility and risk mitigation.
• Assist with planning and coordination of workload across Transit Technology teams.
