Job summary

GMV is seeking a Technical Project Manager in the United States to lead the delivery of OEM and transit technology deployment projects from planning to implementation. You will coordinate between customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery aligned with business goals.

This role requires 3+ years of PM experience in technical environments, strong planning, budgeting, and risk management, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in technical, engineering, OEM, manufacturing, or technology environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects across the full lifecycle from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with bus manufacturers' engineering teams on technical requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting performance.
• Provide regular project status updates, reports, and documentation.
• Support product implementation, testing, validation, and customer acceptance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices.
