Job summary

OpenZeppelin is seeking an experienced Customer Success/Technical Program Manager to lead strategic ecosystem accounts end-to-end in a fully remote, async-enabled environment. You will drive delivery across audits, security services, and developer relations while managing renewal opportunities and expansion strategies.

The role requires a deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, open-source business models, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Engagement Management, Solutions Architecture, or related customer-facing role.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical engagements on time and within scope.
• Technical background to review code at a high level for estimation and architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of strategic ecosystem accounts from kickoff to delivery, renewal, and expansion.
• Lead client kickoffs, manage scope via change orders, oversee audit delivery and publishing.
• Provide governance artifacts, risk management, and executive status reports for clients and leadership.
• Coordinate architecture and requirements sessions with client teams and translate outcomes into milestones.
• Oversee dependencies, vendor onboarding, and blockers with legal on SOWs.
• Maintain program artifacts and ensure timely, high-quality releases across teams.
• Foster exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships across time zones.
