• Background contributing to or leading projects where insights informed process improvements or technology adoption decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and oversee activities with external vendors to meet SLAs.
• Guide and support project participants, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to stay on track.
