Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Program Manager for its Customer Success unit to lead a team of customer success professionals, drive revenue targets, and serve as the main client liaison. You will build strategic plans, monitor market trends, and report performance to senior management. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for success.

Location: US - Remote. You will manage client relationships, develop program objectives, oversee budget and invoicing, and deliver business reviews

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management in SaaS.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and day-to-day engagement as main contact for stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and gross margin attainment.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews to senior client leaders, including C-Suite.
• Lead and coach a team to achieve program objectives and quota attainment.
• Collaborate with MarketStar leaders across BI, Talent, and Foundation.
