Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of people management experience.
• Minimum 9+ years of Java development experience.
• 4+ years with Spring Boot and Spring Frameworks.
• 2+ years of cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• 4+ years with open source frameworks.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude.
• 2+ years practicing Agile methodologies.
• 2+ years experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• 3+ years of backend microservice design using RESTful APIs.

• Build and lead a strong engineering team and culture.
• Deliver complex software projects with ownership.
• Promote AI adoption within the organization.
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, and other teams.
