Norstella is seeking an Advisory Lead for Content Enablement to shape AI solution evaluation and governance. You will work across content authoring, product, data science, and services to ensure credible, defensible evaluations are delivered for life sciences clients.

The role sits in Content Operations and requires hybrid/remote collaboration across time zones. We value domain depth, technical scripting, and the ability to communicate value to both technical and commercial audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions, strategy, data science, or product commercialization in pharma.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from needs to adoption.
• Familiarity with pharma commercial landscape and regulatory dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder alignment across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid/virtual, multi-time-zone setup.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new data products.
• Develop knowledge of data assets, pipelines, and product architecture.
• Support design of complex data/integration and AI solutions; validate feasibility before client commitments.
• Design and run assessments demonstrating model accuracy and fitness-for-purpose.
• Collaborate with product/commercial teams to translate evals into proof points.
• Qualify client opportunities and articulate a clear value proposition to technical and commercial audiences.
• Create repeatable playbooks and templates to scale impact.
