Job summary

Norstella is seeking an Advisory Lead for Content Enablement to shape AI solution development and evaluation frameworks. You will collaborate across content authoring, product, commercial, data science, and services to ensure credible, defensible, and reproducible evaluations for life sciences clients.

You will lead end-to-end assessment design, validate architecture feasibility, and support go-to-market with robust reference materials, while working in a hybrid/remote, multi-time zone

Qualifications

• Minimum Undergraduate degree in life sciences, medical sciences, computer science, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in solutions/strategy/consulting/data science/product commercialization in pharma or health data.
• Experience across full solution lifecycle from client need to post-delivery adoption in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial landscape incl. drug development, market access, regulatory pathways.
• Strong track record of aligning stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a hybrid/virtual environment across several time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define operational readiness and quality criteria for new data products.
• Maintain knowledge of Norstella data assets, pipelines, and product architecture.
• Design complex solutions spanning data integration, analytics workflows, and AI capabilities; validate with teams.
• Design and run assessments to demonstrate model accuracy and fitness-for-purpose across data products.
• Translate evaluation outcomes into proof points and use-case documentation for GTM.
• Qualify client opportunities end-to-end and articulate clear value propositions to technical and commercial audiences.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and templates to scale impact as product portfolio grows.
• Ensure solutions land as evaluated and committed, maintaining accountability.
