Norstella seeks a Technical Lead to guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality software across cloud platforms. You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and collaborate with product management to shape our platform roadmap.

We aim for strong leadership, deep Java/Spring expertise, and a willingness to continuously learn in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote US role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 9+ years of Java programming experience.
• 4+ years with Spring Boot & Spring Batch Frameworks.
• 2+ years of cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• 4+ years with open source frameworks.
• Proficient with AI tools like Cursor and Claude.
• 2+ years in Agile practices.
• 2+ years with modern relational or NoSQL databases.
• 3+ years designing backend microservices with RESTful APIs.
