Job summary

Chelsea Search Group is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to drive growth for custom and standard semiconductor products. You will bridge engineering and business development, working with Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical customers to translate technical challenges into compelling solutions in FPGA, ASIC, and packaging.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, develop proposals, and lead technical presentations.

Qualifications

• BSEE or MSEE or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
• 5+ years in the Semiconductor industry; advanced degrees considered with fewer years.
• Strong written and spoken English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Close business by providing technical sales support through various stages of the sales cycle.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients by interpreting their requirements.
• Develop technical and cost proposals for opportunities.
• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
• Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Travel up to 30% to engage with customers.
• Collaborate with IC Design, Test, and Product teams during development.
