TopDog Law is a nationally scaling personal injury firm operating fully remotely in the United States. We seek a Sr Analyst, Law Firm Analytics to transform complex operational data into strategic insight across the case lifecycle.

You will own advanced SQL and Python/R workflows, build dashboards for leadership, and identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities to improve systems and outcomes. This role emphasizes ownership and rapid iteration in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, data operations, or systems analysis in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries and Python/R scripts for analysis, reporting automation, and decision support.
• Build executive dashboards to provide clarity to operational leaders and enable data-informed decisions.
• Analyze throughput, cycle times, staffing productivity, and case economics across the lifecycle; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Support forecasting and capacity modeling tied to case volume growth and expansion initiatives.
