Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support TBM processes and Apptio configuration in a fully remote role across multiple states. You will collect requirements, map business processes, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership. Requires 3 years in information systems with TBM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3 years of experience in information systems with business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, maintenance, enhancements, data management, and quality controls.
• Support benchmarking and survey management, data collection, validation, analysis, and timely submissions.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to derive business cases and requirements for technology solutions.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
• Create business process mappings showing interdependencies of systems/workflows.
• Apply IT/business knowledge to formulate and solve business problems.
• Possibly assist in business relationship management and portfolio planning.
• Maintain productive relationships across IT, business, and external partners.
