Role involves data management, benchmark analysis, and supporting leadership reporting. Requires experience in Apptio TBM Studio and a Bachelor's in IT or related field, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3 years of experience in information systems that include business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.
• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, Planning, TBM Studio, and related TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, and quality controls.
• Support Benchmarking & Survey Management activities, including collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission of benchmark and survey data to inform leadership reporting and decision-making.
• Works with IT consultancy and business units to develop and understand the business case and business requirements to solve for technology related business problems.
• May assist in business relationship management, business strategy and planning, portfolio/demand management.
• Maintains productive relationships with peers and management in IT and the business function, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain TBM models in Apptio TBM Studio to support cost transparency and planning.
• Collect, validate, analyze benchmark and survey data for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to define business requirements and business cases for tech initiatives.
• Develop detailed functional requirements and process mappings for TBM-related projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and track delivery of approved projects.
