Qualifications

• Experience supporting TBM planning, reporting and cost management.

• Ability to mentor junior team members and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, maintenance, enhancements, data governance and quality controls.
• Support benchmarking and survey management, data collection, validation and timely submissions for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to develop business cases and requirements for technology programs.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to define functional requirements and map business processes.
• Create clear business process mappings showing interdependencies between systems.
