Advocate Health is seeking a remote, full-time IT analyst to support TBM processes, Apptio configuration, and cost transparency initiatives. You will collaborate with IT and business units to translate requirements into actionable TBM solutions, conduct stakeholder interviews, and help document workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3 years of information systems experience including business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, TBM Studio, and related TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, and quality controls.
• Support Benchmarking & Survey Management activities, including collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission of benchmark and survey data to inform leadership reporting and decision-making.
• Work with IT consultancy and business units to develop business cases and requirements for technology-related business problems.
• Conduct detailed interview sessions with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
• Create business process mappings showing interdependencies between systems and processes.
• Apply IT and business knowledge to formulate requirements to solve problems.
• May assist in business relationship management, strategy and portfolio/demand management.
• Maintain relationships with IT, business, and external partners.
