Advocate Health is seeking a TBM/Apptio-focused analyst to join the Enterprise Corporate - Strategy and Planning team. This fully remote, full-time role supports cost transparency, TBM planning, benchmarking, and data management to inform leadership decisions.

You will work with IT and business units to capture requirements, map processes, and develop business cases. A Bachelor’s degree in IT and 3 years of information systems experience with Apptio TBM Studio are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in information systems with business applications analysis
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio
• Ability to translate business needs into TBM solutions
• Strong communication across IT and business stakeholders

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, TBM Studio, and related TBM capabilities through configuration and data management
• Support benchmarking and survey management including data collection and validation
• Collaborate with IT and business units to define business cases and requirements for technology-related problems
• Create business process mappings showing interdependencies across systems
• Develop functional requirements and track delivery of projects
• Mentor junior team members and share TBM best practices
