Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Specialist in IT Strategy and Planning to support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, data management, and cost transparency initiatives. The role involves partnering with IT and business units to capture requirements, analyze data, and drive TBM-enabled decisions.

You will conduct stakeholder interviews, map complex processes, and contribute to benchmarking, survey submissions, and leadership reporting. Fully remote with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Typically 3 years of information systems experience with business applications.
Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

Support Apptio Cost Transparency, Planning, TBM Studio, and related TBM capabilities.
Support benchmarking and survey management activities and data submission for leadership reporting.
Collaborate with IT consultancy and business units to define requirements and business cases.
Create business process mappings showing interdependencies between entities.
Apply IT and business knowledge to formulate functional requirements and support TBM initiatives.
Assist in business relationship management and portfolio/demand management.
