Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote-staffed IT/Business Analyst to support TBM-related activities, Apptio configuration, and data management. The role focuses on cost transparency, planning, and reporting, partnering with IT and business units to solve technology-related problems.

The candidate will conduct stakeholder interviews, map complex processes, and translate requirements into actionable solutions, with remote collaboration across multiple states and partners.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3 years of experience in information systems with business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio TBM Studio configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management and quality controls.
• Support benchmarking and survey management activities including collection, validation, analysis and submission of data for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with IT consultancy and business units to develop business cases and requirements for tech-related problems.
• Create business process maps to show interdependencies between entities.
