Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Strategy and Planning Analyst to support Apptio TBM Studio and cost transparency initiatives in a fully remote role. You will translate business requirements into TBM models and dashboards.

You will conduct stakeholder interviews, ensure data quality, support benchmarking, and collaborate with IT and business units to inform leadership decisions. A Bachelor's in IT and 3 years of experience are required. This position offers comprehensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

Typically requires 3 years of experience in information systems that include business applications analysis.
Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.
Working knowledge of TBM principles and the ability to support Apptio configuration and solution design.

Responsibilities

Support Apptio Cost Transparency, Planning, TBM Studio and related TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, and quality controls.
Support Benchmarking & Survey Management activities, including collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission of benchmark and survey data to inform leadership reporting and decision-making.
Collaborate with IT consultancy and business units to develop and understand business cases and business requirements.
Create easy to use business process mappings of complex systems and workflows to show interdependencies.
Maintain productive relationships with peers, management, and external partners.
