Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Open availability (seasonal position).
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
• Must have a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing.
• Device must not be Mac, Chromebook, iPad, tablet, or mobile phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
