This paid training role offers starting pay of $17 per hour, flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the chance to develop tax software support skills while working from home.

Qualifications

• Seasonal remote role during peak tax season.
• Experience in customer support or related roles preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
