EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services team. You will oversee multiple client engagements, lead tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and drive firm growth through business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, nurture client relationships, and coordinate with Partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families; ensure timely returns.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment; apply tax law consistently across engagements.
• Primary review of complex tax returns; ensure accuracy and minimize rework.
• Serve as a primary client contact; provide proactive tax planning and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; tackle margin risks and inefficiencies.
• Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders; promote ownership.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback; support recruiting and performance evaluations.
• Utilize tax tech and data tools to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Participate in business development; identify opportunities and support proposals.
• Stay current on tax law changes and ensure high-quality service delivery firm-wide.
