Qualifications

• 10+ years’ progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years’ tax compliance experience on complex returns.
• Recent public accounting background.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth clients.
• Review complex returns for technical accuracy and documentation.
• Support business development and client meetings; drive firm initiatives.
• Leverage tax tech to improve efficiency and service delivery.
