EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role oversees multiple client engagements, develops new business, and mentors staff. Flexible office location with option to work fully remote.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, tax planning and compliance experience for ultra-high net worth individuals, plus a track record in business development. Public accounting background and CPA/EA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.
• Master’s Degree in Taxation or relevant field (preferred).
• Experience using GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software.
• Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment and trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns for technical accuracy.
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering proactive tax planning insights.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff; support recruiting and performance evaluation.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in business development efforts and expand client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm.
