EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. This role oversees multiple client engagements while demonstrating proficiency in business development and staff development, with strong leadership to foster growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families across federal, state, and local returns.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities; ensure consistent tax law application.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns with accurate documentation and minimal rework.
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering proactive tax planning insights and supporting client meetings.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks and implement improvements.
• Cultivate client relationships and promote accountability across the engagement team.
• Provide coaching, training, and recruitment support to staff.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to enhance efficiency and scalability of service delivery.
• Participate in business development, identify opportunities, and expand client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm to ensure high-quality service.
