Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance experience.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and coordinate with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Apply knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
• Lead primary review of complex tax returns with accuracy and documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact for proactive tax planning and meetings.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization.
• Develop client relationships and promote accountability across the engagement team.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation support.
• Leverage tax technology to improve efficiency and scalability.
