Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services practice with flexibility on office location and the option to be fully remote. The role focuses on overseeing multi-engagement tax work for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, including planning, compliance, and business development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, expertise in high-net-worth tax issues, and the ability to mentor staff while advancing client relationships and firm growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance experience with complex technical individual and business returns.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.
• Public Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a tax team and manage client engagements.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Lead business development efforts and expand client relationships.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns and ensure accuracy.
• Provide coaching, training, and recruitment support to staff.
• Leverage tax technology and processes to improve efficiency.
• Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm.
