EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services team. The role emphasizes overseeing multiple client engagements, leadership, and business development while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The position offers flexibility in office location with the option to work fully remote, and requires senior-level tax experience, including compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance experience with complex returns.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.
• Recent public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and manage client relationships across engagements.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Apply knowledge of trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities to tax planning.
• Review complex tax returns for technical accuracy and documentation.
• Act as primary client contact for proactive tax planning and meetings.
• Monitor budgets, realization, and team utilization to optimize profitability.
• Provide coaching, training, and recruitment support; contribute to development.
• Leverage tax tech and data tools to improve efficiency and quality.
