Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent field.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years in tax compliance with complex returns.
• Public accounting experience and CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and coordinate with Partners.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Review complex tax returns for accuracy and consistency.
• Act as primary client contact, provide proactive planning insights and support meetings.
• Monitor budgets, realization, utilization, and identify profitability improvements.
• Coach staff, support recruiting, onboarding, and performance development.
• Leverage tax technology to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Support business development and expand client relationships.
