Intuit, Inc. is seeking qualified tax professionals for a fully remote TurboTax support role. The candidate must hold an active CPA/EA/Attorney credential, with strong federal/state tax return experience and knowledge of tax laws.

Excellent communication and video interaction skills are essential. The position is remote and national in scope, offering a competitive compensation package including performance-based rewards.

Competenze

• Active unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Attorney) with tax preparation experience.
• 2+ years of federal/state 1040 return experience for many clients.
• Must have or obtain PTIN and state licenses as required.
• Willing to work at least 20 hours per week; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist TurboTax customers via video interactions to provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
• Explain tax concepts clearly using government resources and company policies.
• Document customer interactions and strive for KPI targets and program goals.
• Participate in trainings and cross-training as required.
