Intuit, Inc. is seeking a motivated tax professional to assist customers remotely with TurboTax. You will provide expert tax guidance, perform full-service return preparation, and explain tax concepts in plain language. Expect to document interactions, meet KPI goals, and participate in ongoing training.

The role requires at least 2 years of tax prep experience, active PTIN, and the ability to work 20+ hours weekly; strong communication skills and comfort with video calls are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns for at least 30 clients per season.
• Active PTIN or ability to obtain one.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.
• Willing to work minimum 20 hours per week.
• Proficient with technology and computers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation and signature.
• Explain tax and technical terms to customers using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video and audio tools.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPIs.
• Complete required training and development.
