Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader to guide a team of Technical Account Managers serving SMB merchants. You will help developers, product teams, and partners achieve technical success post-sale, enabling expansion and scale. This role sits in the Engineering Team and requires strong API and web tech expertise.

You will drive cross-functional advocacy for merchants, set OKRs, and forecast TAM demand while recruiting and mentoring top talent across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least five years in a b2b customer facing technical role.
• Three years of people management experience.
• Strong background in web development technologies and APIs.
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop TAMs supporting SMB merchants.
• Collaborate with Client Success to grow merchants post-launch.
• Establish and track OKRs; forecast demand and recruit as needed.
• Provide guidance on integrations, troubleshooting and optimization.
