Job summary

Qualys, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive post-sales engagement with Enterprise customers and clearly articulate the company’s technology and product positioning for both business and technical users.

The TAM will identify technical and business issues across accounts to ensure customer satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in security and compliance: Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Policy Compliance, IDS/IPS, Network Scanners, PCI, Audit Tools, and other enterprise security solutions.
• Knowledge of Federal Regulatory Compliance issues such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, GLBA, SOX is a plus.
• Must possess strong presentation skills and communicate professionally in emails, RFPs, and reports.
• Must be able to interact at all levels within customer organizations, from C-level to front-line staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts.
• Identify and develop potential new business opportunities.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams.
• Provide functional and technical support to customers.
• Respond to customer questions on technical and business issues.
• Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations.
• Attend conferences, seminars, etc.
