Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent for roles across our engineering and federal contracting sectors. You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, source, screen, and submit qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience and a Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying talent needs and candidates with measured success metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversions).

Responsabilités

• Actively engages talent from multiple data sources, including open market and internal CRM/ATS systems.
• End-to-end sourcing responsibilities from research to submitting qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy and gather market intelligence.
• Utilize sourcing tools in our tech stack (ATS/CRM) and engage candidates directly to build relationships.
• Support critical open positions and key program bids, including personnel sourcing for bids and recruitment delivery.
