Job summary

Amentum is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to hunt and attract top talent, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs and source, screen, and submit qualified candidates. The sourcing team is remotely based, supporting core east coast hours and full-time telework.

You’ll perform research, profile enrichment, and data management in our CRM/ATS, while engaging passive candidates and building scalable pipelines for critical roles across four business groups in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting/sourcing experience and a Bachelor’s Degree; an additional 4 years of relevant experience may substitute the degree.
• Experience with talent sourcing tools and technology.
• US citizenship is required.
• Experience qualifying both talent needs and candidates with measurable success including time to fill, pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages talent from all data sources, including external open market and internal CRM/ATS.
• Owns full lifecycle sourcing from research to qualified applicants completing the application process.
• Partner with hiring leaders and sales teams to shape sourcing strategy and gather competitor intelligence.
• Utilize the ATS/CRM and market tools to manage pipelines and data.
• Directly engage candidates to communicate the value of Amentum opportunities and build relationships with passive candidates.
