Health Connect America is a nationwide remote employer seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator to strengthen our talent pipeline. You will design sourcing strategies, build diverse candidate pools, and engage applicants across multiple channels.

Collaborating with recruiters and leaders, you’ll guide candidates from outreach through onboarding and start date, ensuring a smooth transition.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of recruitment or sourcing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
• Experience in human services industry preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead sourcing strategies for designated roles across channels.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using multiple tools.
• Engage candidates and communicate our mission and opportunities.
• Partner with recruiters and leaders on staffing priorities.
• Serve as liaison between Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.
• Manage pre-employment communications and start-date coordination.
