Health Connect America, a fully remote organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator to strengthen the talent pipeline across multiple states. The role combines strategic sourcing, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration to attract top talent and ensure a smooth candidate transition from selection to onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 1+ year of recruitment or sourcing experience, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience; 2 years preferred.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn, Boolean search, or ATS talent pools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategies for designated critical roles by identifying target talent markets and using multiple recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines using AI-enabled sourcing platforms, ATS, past-applicant databases, and partnerships.
• Engage and evaluate candidates, communicating Health Connect America’s mission and opportunities.
• Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand staffing priorities and monitor labor market trends.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer to start date and ensure accuracy of candidate information.
