Job summary

Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to execute talent acquisition strategies and hire top healthcare talent. You will partner with hiring managers to build candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth, compliant hiring experience.

You will source passive candidates, interview via phone/video/in person, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding while maintaining accurate data in ATS. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in healthcare or corporate recruitment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Builds relationships with hiring managers and guides recruiting processes.
• Screens applicants and conducts interviews via phone, video, and in person.
• Negotiates offers and coordinates onboarding with timely background checks.
• Maintains candidate data in ATS and builds pipelines for frequent roles.
• Delivers professional rejection communications and supports onboarding.
