Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment, build diverse talent pipelines, and advise hiring leaders on role requirements and compensation strategies. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, candidate experience, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.

The position supports remote work with a strong emphasis on equity, timely communication, and collaboration with Workforce Development and internal mobility initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Two to four years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing platforms; ability to manage full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, including intake, posting, sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Develop diverse candidate pipelines through networks, partnerships, and outreach.
• Advise hiring leaders on role requirements, interview approaches, and compensation guidance.
• Represent the organization at recruiting events and promote the employer value proposition.
• Participate in TA projects, process improvements, and compliance activities.
