Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team on a remote basis, supporting hiring across the United States. The role partners with hiring leaders to source, screen, and hire top healthcare and clinical talent while building robust candidate pipelines and delivering an exceptional experience for all applicants.

You will own full life cycle recruiting, develop workforce plans, and drive TA process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting
• 2+ years of healthcare/clinical recruiting preferred
• Experience with ATS systems, Workday preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake discussions with stakeholders and manage expectations
• Source, screen, interview, evaluate and hire candidates across open roles
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics
• Develop workforce plans and improve TA processes
• Collaborate with hiring teams and candidates to ensure a good fit
