Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of recruiting success for provider or high-volume roles.
• Self-sufficient with proactive networking and relationship building.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and confidentiality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for provider roles, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Identify, source, and engage healthcare providers using creative strategies.
• Conduct video interviews to assess cultural alignment and clinical fit for virtual practice.
• Maintain a robust provider talent network and act as primary contact for candidates.
