Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in Nashville, TN is seeking a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter (Contract) for a 95% remote role. You will source and screen candidates, run phone screenings, and manage a high-volume pipeline across USA facilities.

Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are mentioned; conversion to permanent is possible with a future FTE opening. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing, strong communication, and comfort with ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Full-Cycle Recruiting and/ or Sourcing experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite - technologically savvy.
• Experience working with ATS.
• High-energy and passion.
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
• Experience managing HIGH-VOLUME REQUISITIONS.

Responsibilities

• Source/ recruit for experienced RNs, New Graduates, Imaging, etcetera.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Qualify and/ or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
