You will source USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external facilities, building a pool of passive and active candidates through referrals and other sources, in a fast-paced, cost-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in high-volume recruitment in healthcare settings.
• Experience recruiting EHR-related roles is a plus.
• Ability to manage 35–40 requisitions concurrently.
