Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume hospital recruiting or similar environment.
• Experience recruiting nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Proficient with ATS/CMS and MS Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source USA-domestic clinical staff for HCA and external divisions.
• Build candidate pools via referrals and other sources.
• Inform candidates about position requirements, onboarding, and credentialing.
• Collaborate with managers to fill high-volume requisitions efficiently.
