Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit and place USA-domestic clinical permanent staff across the division.
• Manage a high-volume requisition load and meet weekly quotas.
• Conduct phone screenings and extend offers; coordinate onboarding steps.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates from multiple sourcing channels.
• Attend onsite events when required within the local market.
